Shipping

Cibox.it has chosen to avoid sending small packages which represent poor value for money for both buyer and seller, and which are especially not sufficiently minimising environmental impacts, since they require the same resources to deliver as a large box.
Orders over 20kg are still possible (desired even) but will be packaged in multiple boxes sent as one single delivery.
The 20kg limit per single box guarantees that ISO 11228 (norm regarding the manual handling of goods) is respected for the health and safety of Cibox’s chosen shipping agent.
 

Shipping in Italy

The goods are generally prepared for delivery and left with the courier by the next working day. The courier will subsequently deliver the goods within 2-3 working days, only in particular holiday periods it could take from 3 to 5 days.
Orders placed at the weekend or on bank holidays will be prepared the next working day.

In cases of multiple deliveries, necessary when the total weight exceeds 20kg, all boxes after the first are despatched free of charge.

Shipping in Europe

The goods are generally prepared for delivery and left with the courier by the next working day. The courier will subsequently deliver the goods within 3-5 working days for all EU countries, though this could be extended should goods to subjected to customs inspections in certain countries.
Orders placed at the weekend or on bank holidays will be prepared the next working day.

Cibox ships to the following countries

As well as Italy, we ship to: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, UK, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Hungary (All 28 EU members, even if not all the products can be shipped everywhere).
In case a product cannot be delivered to a certain country, the option to add it to the basket will be deactivated.

 

Tax and duties 

All product prices are inclusive of applicable tax and duties in accordance with destination country.

 

Order and delivery tracking

Ordering tracking is accessible via your online customer account.
As soon as the courier has loaded your order, you will receive an email with a link to track your delivery.
You will be able to track your order at any time on the courier’s website.
